I need to know how much an ecommerce business,selling t-shirts,in AZ is required to tax out of state customers

If you are shipping the product out of state, then you are not required to collect AZ tax.

I think that if you're selling to out of state, you don't have to collect AZ and county sales tax. Check the dept. of revenue site (I think that's the site that has sales tax info on it).
