I have found the proprietary products such as Clean Shower sold at most grocery stores equal to the task. If you have a particularly tough problem, a serious fix is to remove the surface of the old grout, regrout and treat with a penetrating sealer. This will greatly reduce to occurrence of mildew and make cleaning easy. Use a high quality grout.

pour some bleach on the mold and let it sit for about 15-20 minutes then take a hard tooth brush and scrub it. then rinse and dry it.
why bleach? because bleach kills mold.
you may need to repeat a couple times.
if this doesn't work you will need to replace the tile and grout because the mold could be growing from behind.

Foaming Tilex works well. It stays put on the grout for longer which helps the bleaching process. Make sure the room is wel ventilated - this stuff is strong.

As stated Bleach works well. But, people can spend more money for cleaners with diluted bleach.
