Of course it's healthy, everyone does it although not everyone admits to it. Just because the urge is there doesn't mean you have to be with a partner to take care of it, thus masturbation.

In my formative years, masturbation used to be fraught with disgrace and guilt. The geared up religions claimed we could burn for it!!! It felt so well, all of us risked hell and damnation, and we're all nonetheless right here in these days. Currently, ahead considering well being businesses are announcing that masturbation is helping to advertise a healthful reproductive procedure, reduces the hazard of prostate melanoma later in existence, elevates the guts fee, relieves pressure, and leaves you with a peaceful, cozy feeling whilst you're performed. Better schooling has permit folks realize that masturbation is a well factor, and any individual of their early teenagers,....infant, typically masturbate a few instances an afternoon. If folks inform you they don't masturbate, they're mendacity or loss of life. To deliver you a few knowledge approximately masturbation so you don't ought to reside with whispered studies and part truths: masturbation is not going to deliver you furry arms, masturbation is not going to make you cross blind, masturbation isn't a a technique price ticket to hell, masturbation is not going to break your possibilities of fathering healthful youngsters later in existence, (I have 4 sons) you can't run from your lifetime give as your frame produces it over your entire existence,.....you'll be able to run from your day-to-day give through masturbating a few instances, however a well nights sleep will repair that up. Masturbation is a private, individual factor, and no person needs to stroll in on you. Choose a quiet time and position, loosen up, and revel in this healthful, ordinary, ceremony of passage into grownup existence. With the entire crime on this planet, the gods have larger fish to fry than a tender guy pleasuring himself. Good success with this. Mithras

Yes, I think it is.
As mentioned above, it allows you to get to know your body, and that allows you to enjoy sex more - and as we all know, if we feel bad about sex it lessens the quality of life in so many ways.

However - if you rely solely on masturbation instead of physical contact with others, or as a comfort in your solitude, for a long time, it might in the end be bad for you.

Masterbation helps you to know your own body. What feels good, what doesn't. How could knowing yourself better be a bad thing? Plus, it's a good way to spend a night home alone!
