Hmm. Not sure what the surface area of the average stripper would be. Let's say the average stripper dimensions will likely be near an average size of any other adult woman (since men have varying tastes in strippers). With that in mind our average stripper will have a surface area of 16,000 square cm. Being too lazy to run to the store right now I will make a fairly accurate guess that the average slice of bologna has a diameter of 12 cm. If my math is correct (and it certainly could be wrong) our average slice of bologna covers 113.04 square cm. To make things easier we'll assume the ring of brown skin is not present allowing us to round down to 113 square cm. So far we will need 142 slices. It is likely that strippers (on average) may exhibit a slightly larger bust size. An arbitrary 4 slices should cover what is left. Body piercings will be considered negligible. Though the stripper needs access to hold the dollar bills she will be acquiring so it would make sense to subtract one slice to allow for G string access.
Result. 145 slices.
I believe I will be taking a 2 week break from Y! Answers. Sounds like I need it.
It is Friday though. I'll hire the stripper, you buy the bologna.

Oh, my bad...you said she was only average... In that case, one package should be enough...three pieces to cover her, and the rest to put over your eyes!
