You'll stop when the time comes. They're usually nice to have, and it is important to remember that there's nothing wrong with sleeping with them.
Is it truly that embarrassing to sleep with stuffed animals if you understand that they are just inanimate objects? If anything, they make the sleeping environment "more friendly".
There are many people who are in their 40s who still sleep with stuffed animals. The main difference here is that they don't require the stuffed animals.

no longer likely, it especially generic. human beings take care of their issues in a brilliant form of distinctive tactics. i'm constructive you're acquainted with how babies suck their thumbs? there is an theory available that a brilliant form of human beings who smoke use a cigarette to fulfill their oral fixation (Freud's oral degree). Or how human beings will chunk on their pens and pencils. it is the comparable theory. you're doing the comparable element with your filled animal. different human beings do extra socially suitable issues alongside with smoking or pencil chewing so it does no longer look strange. yet whilst the filled animal makes you experience guard, then who cares? in basic terms through fact filled animals are many times meant for little youngsters, that does no longer mean you cant use one.

Hey! I don't think that there is anything wrong with sleeping with a stuffed animal and you don't have to be a 'grown-up' to be able to kick the habit. I know people in their 30's who still sleep with them...and...yeah they're grown up alright.
Let me just ask: Do you feel comfortable sleeping with them? Do you DEPEND on them to be able to fall asleep? Do they mean anything to you?
For example, I have this teddy bear that I keep beside me which has been mine for around 13 years and it is still going (I got it for my second birthday party) and I guess I still sleep with it because it has a sentimental meaning, and the fact that it has lasted for so long means a lot to me. It's also nice to be able to feel like there's someting else with you...I dunno. It makes me feel comfortable...
If you still think about quitting...I think you should try setting them onthe floor beside your bed and try to sleep without them. If you're having trouble...pick ONE up and sleep with it. But if you are having no trouble shutting your eyes and getting comfortable. Leave them on the floor...it means you don't NEED them, it's just for comfort/fun/special meaning.
