NO, and yes time travel is Kinda possible, if you fly from London to New york on a Boeing 747 then you actually will gain some time back, for instance if you leave London on the 20th heading for new your it's possible to arrive in new york on the 19th... So technically you have gained time doing so, making time travel somewhat a reality.
