Well to be honest, i didn't think what he said was THAT bad, sheeze its only cause its a celebrity that its all blown out of proportion, who hasn't yelled at their kids, i know i have at time, i also have a 13 year old daughter, and ill tell you at times she can be a fair little ****......
What do they wanna have secret recording machines in alll their homes, i think they should (media, press etc) have a look in their own back yards first.

Not after reading the message he left on Ireland's phone...cripes, she's a kid and he called her stupid (or something to the effect) ~ I hope he was drunk because if that is how he is sober, I feel truly bad for that child.
*** Yeah, pre-teenage girls can be an almighty pain in the a.s.s. but I don't ever think there is a need to speak to her the way he did - he didn't even get her age right, for crying out loud. And the message was left on his daughters cell phone for HER - not for Kim Basinger, so it wasn't a secret recording device - he knew he was leaving a recorded message. True, because of media hype it was blown all up but geez, this ain't the first time he has blown a fuse.

From what I have learned about his marriage to Kim Basinger, he sounded like he was an angry, controlling, verbally & physically abusive, manipulating, sexist, arrogant, selfish, vindictive, male chauvanistic, degrading jerk of a husband. Did anyone see those pics they released of him screaming and belittling her in public over something trivial?
I am happy for her that she got rid.
As for father, who knows. He could be an amazingly wonderful dad.

Sure his misplaced anger has no business spilling into his daughter's life, and what he said sounds completely cruel, but we all have little slices out of any given day that if made public would make us look like crazy-as-a-sh*thouse-rat lunatics - or worse.
Oh wait, except *you* - you're perfect, right?
