Are you an American Citizen? Do you have an American Birth Certificate or other document for proof of citizenship? Do you have an American Passport? IF you have all of these, it should be as simple as coming to the U.S. and getting started.
If you lack either of these items (proof of american citizenship and passport), then it is recommended that you contact the local American Embassy, explain your situation, and they can help you to get started on the road to coming to the U.S. to live.
