I memorised the whole of Mark's gospel for my gcse religious studies exam, I swear I knew it word for word...it turned out good because I got almost full marks but I never got back those hours of my life where I used to sit there reciting the whole thing!
I tried to start reading the bible a few years ago. I started with the old testament but I bored of the rambling parts where it went on about who had sons and their names etc...I found the gospels more interesting though, and Revelations.

I read relevant verses. I have a Barry Smith DVD in which he tells of what is going to happen and quotes passages to back up his claim. The DVD is a recording of 3 interviews he did on Revelation TV in the year 2000 and everything he said has come true. He even predicted that a strike would be made on New York.
Do you want a copy, it may open your eyes???

I read through the entire Bible when I was twelve, but it was a study Bible, so I hardly understood any of it. I have to confess that I haven't read the Bible in months (except for at church)... I plan on getting a study Bible, because why read something you can't understand?

Yes, I do, but not as often as I should. I love reading Isaiah. God bless you for not being ashamed to let people know that you love the Lord. We are brothers and sisters in Christ!

yeh im no christian but i flirted with the bible it at one point and my favourite line is "do not give dogs what is sacred, do not throw your pearls to swine, otherwise they may trample them under thier feet and turn and tear you to pieces". Thats saying not to give your pearls of wisdom to fools.
