I have a friend (Deepa) who have one boy friend (Amit).They have been friends (been loved) for about 3 years.
at night suddenly he calls her and says her that he likes her best friend (Anita) & also says that he want to propose her (Anita).
NOW PLEASE TELL ME IS HE PLAYING TRICKS ON HER OR HE IS JUST A SICO KIND OF PERSON.

Without much detail it is difficult to know exactly what has gone on. Perhaps Amit is now tired of chasing Deepa and is letting her know that he wants to chase some other girl. Perhaps Amit is trying to make Deepa jealous (is it working?) so that she will chase him. I'm not sure that he is a "sico kind of person" - just that he obviously seems stuck and doesn't know how to get what he wants with Deepa. Maybe this is right and appropriate (you'll need to talk with Deepa to find out) or maybe Deepa is the one playing tricks on him.
It's been 3 years that they have been friends. If Amit was trying to play games and mess with Deepa's mind I'm sure he would have done this sooner if he is a "sico kind of person" and likes to do this sort of thing.
The fact that it has been so long makes me think he's gotten so far in the friendship/relationship and now is stuck and doesn't know what to do.

Anyway, it's not any of your business.
Deepa is your friend. Be a good friend and love her and care for her like you would want her to love and care for you.

Your friend needs to dump this sorry *** kind of a guy and move on with her life. A man should cherish his woman and visa verse. Anita would be a jerk to go out with this guy for she should put her friendship first. Besides, when will this guy turn around and "fall in love" with one of Anita's friends? There are millions and millions of men out there who would never, ever do this insensitive act to any woman. Good luck!

Well, it may appear that he is just fickle at first. That would be understandable. However, I've seen Deepa. Amit is definitely trading up.
Just do your best to help your friend Deepa. Maybe you could take her to a blind men's social. Their standards are much lower.

This isn't a problem for you to solve. It is up to your friends to work things out between themselves. If you try to get involved, even if you think you are "helping", it will just make things worse. You might even wind up losing your friend over this. Is it really worth all that?

Aww, your poor friend. That totally sucks what happened to her. If he's playing a trick, that's pretty mean and not even funny. I can't believe anyone would do that to someone.

well he being a jack *** i think your friend should dump him and move on with her life. if she wait for him he will take advantage of her love. it seem like he already taking advantage of her. i think she should dump him
