Settlers of Canada raped, tortured and massacred Indian tribes, exterminating in cases, whole tribes. Which tribes were completely exterminated?

The only Canadian "tribe" (we use the term First Nations) to become extinct were the Beothuk of Newfoundland. What part white settlers played in their extinction is disputed among experts.

There were no tribes/nations that were exterminated in the way you describe (hate to disappoint you) but there were some that were wiped out by the inadvertent introduction of disease.

That's not really possible to answer unless one speaks Canadian which uses separate and different language for Canadian history than used for other western nations' "first nation" history.
