I understand why white girls wear them. Can somebody explain?

I dont know. Although I'd rather see them wear denim mini skirts than Denim body suites. WTF is up w/ that?

What? So what about Asian girls, Mexican girls, Brazilian girls, mixed girls, etc? And exactly how old are you for you to be able to say white girls were the first to wear denim skirts?
Wow, there are so many inconsistencies with that one statement, my head is spinning. To answer the question, black girls wear denim mini skirts because they choose to. And they look damn good in them too! (for the most part haha)

As long as the woman has killer legs and a nice body then she can wear a mini skirt regardless of her race. Why does it even matter, women of all color can wear what they want too. Besides, fashion trends are influenced by all races.

leggings with a dress is better, the whole leggings under a jean mini skirt, is sorta going out of style. It was more last year

black or white, they are still female. whatever reason the white women wear it for so do the black women.

I like young girls in jeans. It makes them look more city like and it doesn't look like they try too hard but if you are looking to get this fellas attention, this might not exactly be what you would like
