On THE GIRLS NEXT DOOR television show, on the "E!" Network, they will show the girls breasts but only blur out the nipple area. Is the female nipple that sexual?

Many people consider it to be quite erotic, and in many cases it can be misconstrued as being outright sexual in nature. I personally don't find hard nipples or nipple outlines to be that big a deal, but then again I'm not a horny teenage boy or one of the fuddy-duddies that govern what goes on with television.

honestly i have no idea why they only blur the nipple. i think that they shouldnt blur it at all, i mean its just a boob, its a natural thing. its not like theyre haveing sex on tv

Yes, nipples are very sexual.
I would guess that censors think it is equivalent to male genitalia.

probably because girls just think theyre private and dont want them flaunted on tv. theyre really not that sexual though- only 3% of girls can have an orgasm just by breast contact.
