How do I remove the annoying system doctor popup for free. I've tried several programs (over 20 different programs) including spy hunter and spysweeper but in order to delete the files that they scan I'm asked to pay money. Can you tell me a completely free program?

Do NOT respond to stuff that pops up on your computer offering to rid your computer of pests. They are often pests themselves!
