any idea what caused the plane crah and what was the video appartenly she was said to have just finished filming? thanks

Aaliyah Passed away on August 25Th, 2001 she died in a plane crash on the way from the Bahamas where she had just finished filming her last video (rock the boat). I was a fan of hers and her death really affected me and she's been truly missed but heaven has gained another angel.

No, she died in a plane crash a few years back. If my memory serves me correctly... I think the pilot was on drugs and they had the plane over the maximum weight limit.

aaliyah passed years ago. the plane was flown by someone who had their licencse suspended (the company was sued). the flight was after the video 'rock da boat', which she did finish. that was the last video she made.
