He is a contract worker from a company in Tennesse. His last is name is Jacobs. He is holed up in Bldg. #44
5 to 9 shots fired all employees evacuated safely. No injuries known so far. SWAT team there and all the helicopters from our local stations are over head.
edit; The man's name is not Jacobs that is the Tennesse company's name.
They say now they aren't sure if all the people that worked in the building are accounted for.

I am here in Houston. From what I am hearing, it's Tom Delay that's doing the shooting. He's flipped his lid.:)
