I'm not in a clique and I sometimes get best answer. Just give a heartfelt truthful, sometimes funny short answer and wait.

I'm a party crasher, too. But these guys are very welcoming and I have a great time while I'm here, it's all spits & giggles. I wouldn't call them a clique, that implies that they are snobs.

Hell i haven't a clue as i am NOT a part of one, though I have seen out of the corner of my eye that there have been cliquish situations...the thing is I don't give a bollox.
