Angel, they are invested in defeat. Winning this war is their worst nightmare. That being said, he will vote for the funding and they know that a part of the bill brings it back again in 2 months.

Harry Reid should now have the name of Jane Fonda attached to it. What Senator Reid done, eclipses what Jane Fonda done. As the most powerful man in the Senate and relaying this message to our troops, should be a call for his removal.

Just watch and see how much this gets played in the main stream wacko section.

Our soldiers didn't lose. The civilian planners had no plan for after the invasion and left our soldiers sitting over there with no way to insure a good outcome.

The insurgency would never have happened if Bremer and others hadn't made it impossible for the soldiers to do what needed to be done.

Now that the insurgency is a full-fledged civil war, it is too late to stop it and only more of our soldiers will be killed and maimed as long as they stay there. Leave now or leave in 10 years, the result in Iraq will be the same. The difference is how many casualties our military suffers.

Oh please. Reid's opinion is not shared by everyone. Still, we did lose the war. It was lost as soon as the Iraqis realized that the US had no intention of leaving. You see, this isn't a war. This is an occupation...an illegal one at that.
The Demos will approve the funds...they just want to do it THEIR way...that is to say, every three months they will appropriate further funds...after all 100 billion dollars is a lot of money to give to this inappropriately named "war" --- I would offer that it is a very good idea to give a bit at a time and someone can keep track of it, Do you really believe that any part of government is keeping track of monies already appropriated?
Our government has already 'lost" or cannot account for billions of dollars since the invasion began.
These people are not out to 'destroy this country'. They are trying to save it.

"Follow the money".
A very good idea I say.

Harry Reid along with his fellow communist comrades Nancy Pelosi, John Kerry, Ted Kennedy, Barbara Boxer, and several other anti-Americans are doing everything in their power to destroy this country. They will fail.

I don't think he told them anything they not already know, I think bush is the only person in the US that still thinks he can win there, which is an illusion.
