I live in ohio and I was wondering if I can still get tan in April if it is sunny out?

Absolutely. You can get a tan any time of year actually. Some people who are really sensitive to the sun use sunscreen all year round to prevent getting freckles and burning. It's just easier to tan in the summer because the sun is closer to the earth and we wear less clothing because of the heat.

I live in PA and was out 3 weeks ago for 3 days straight over thae last nice weekend we had. It was upper 60's and sunny all 3 days, and I got quite tanned and even burned on my shoulders!

doesn`t matter if it`s sunny or not, even on cloudy days uv rays are being emitted...that`s why so many people don`t use sunblock on a cloudy day & still end up with nasty sunburns!!!
