Large quantity of ethnic and religious groups packed into small areas with a high poverty rate. Large quantities of controlled substances to create a nice black market. Quite a few of those countries that have lower murder rates also have less controlled substances. Also, I've noticed quite a few of those statistics are rigged. When you make it a total murder rate per capita, the statistics usually change. I've also noticed there is usually quite a lot of ignoring of cultural differences. Take Sweden, their murder rate is lower, the population is almost all White Lutherans who have lived there for generations. America is a mixture of various ethnic and religious groups with a difference of citizenship status of either, just ran over the border, just immigrated here or the family has lived here for 200 years.

Miami, Florida
The study reports that Miami has the highest violent crime rate as well as one of the highest property crime rates. Making Miami even more stressful is the long commuting time, a high unemployment rate, and a high rate of divorce. Despite these factors, Miami residents manage to maintain a positive mental attitude.

Well when ever I go to New Jersey or Pensylvania, or Philedelphia, l tend to get kinda scared. People will give me bad looks or come really close to my car and look inside. And others yell stuff to me.

I'd think it would be one of those 3. But Deffo its obviously not New York City.
