~perimiter of building circled by SWAT.
~entire complex on lockdown.

2 shots fired. man had barricaded hisself on second floor. He is like 50 or 60

Hi I like everyone ! Nice but not irritating smile. Please don't shoot me. He has a gun and has fired, They have the building surrounded. The cops are acting rather calm. The news people are in a dither.
