What shoud I do when someone was jokeing about Asian?

He was making fun of Asian saying stereotype joke. I can't get mad because he was obviously joking but it was kinda rude.

You have every right to think that it was rude, because race jokes...well, they're just NO joke. They're not funny. The best you can do is ignore this non sense. I have nothing against Asians, and no one else should either. Skin color is shallow way to percieve others. Live your life and tune those wierdos out. Good luck!

GET OVER IT! Everyone makes jokes about everyone, so stop looking for sympathy. You chose the wrong place to study if you have problems being around anyone who is not Asian. That was your mistake and you need to change where you are studying or else you will be the next lone Asian gunman to kill many many innocent people. You need to get yourself psychiatric assistance before you really lose control of yourself and hurt and kill people. Imagine if you can, because I know you think that you're the only person in the world, how BLACK people feel all of the time, they are always called the N word and discriminated against. Grow a thicker skin and relax. If the joke is really really offensive then you need to speak up, but if it is some stupid fortune cookie joke then don't over react. Some people are just rude. If the joke is directly about YOU then that is a problem. Otherwise, lighten up.

To be honest, I think you should let it go. People talk about races all the time. The society and culture section for example. Come here everyday, and I guarantee you, someone will talk about blacks at least once. You know what you believe in, so it really should not matter. I would tell him, it wasn't funny, and if he continued I would just drift away from him.

Any kind of racism is wrong i work with a lovely group of Asian girls they have became really great friends of mine and helped me to understand their culture. If u don't like what they saying stand up for your beliefs or maybe turn the tables tell one about them!!!!!!! see how they like it (just to prove a point)

if it keeps happening, either just ignore him or report it, or talk to him
you could make a joke, but chances are, it would be seen as bad and retaliatory
