If you go to a Home Depot they will sell you the items you need and arrange for one of their contract plumbers to do the installation. That way the materials and the installation are all guaranteed by Home Depot for one year. If you want to hire a plumber then you may have to buy the fixtures yourself.

Check with the Plumber you plan to hire. An honest one will tell you what he accepts for material. I have had customers buy a faucet and I installed it, but only after advising them that I do not do warranty work on it. Some plumbers prefer, or get paid, to install certain brands. You don't go to a restaurant and bring your own food for them to cook. That may sound like a stretch, but it's the way some feel.

I would recommend that you find exactly what you want first. most plumbers can pick up and install it for you. Get print outs of what you are thinking of before you pay for them, then interview the plumbers. A good one will be able to tell you if what you want will work, as well as what else is needed.
You will need a stall, fixtures, sink, counter top, base, faucets, and toilet. Let the plumber get the rest of the parts needed, as every job is different.
