Pick a category and answer lots and lots of questions in that category. Not the overall category, but one of the sub categories. You posted this in Internet, which is a subcategory to Computers&Internet. If you want to be a top contributor, answer lots of questions in Internet.
Seems a little silly to me, but that's what it is.

Simply post many answers, get many best answers, and come on often to get many posts. The person with the most points from a certain category becomes a top contributor.

i like your solutions for the main area yet i assume you have not met the requirement yet by Yahoo's standards. don't experience too undesirable, i'm attempting to determine what those standards are to get to be a suited Contributor.
