They said they were essentially lookin for 3-4 people to come in for actual face to face interviews.. but after we talked they said I should hear something back from the hr guy, but we didn't set up any more interviews. Do you think this is because I didn't get one or they just haven't decided yet and have more people to phone?

lol, thanks all. I was just in a hurry to know! I already got a call back, (just had the interview 30 min ago), and they want me in monday!! YAY!!

They are looking for the BEST people. That could be YOU - Or maybe not. In your situation, a "return" call to inquire about a face-to-face interview may be what is needed. As an employer, I look for people who make that call, or send a "follow-up" letter, because I know they REALLY want to work, and are not just "looking" for something they can jump in and out of. Call 'em - Act professional (not super Eager!). And, good luck!

Hello If you know of there number you may want to give them a call. Tell them you stepped out and you see you missed a call and you were wondering the status of the interview. Please keep me posted on the outcome.
