Does anyone know where I can get one? I would prefer a large, inexpensive sheet, but anything will work. Maybe something made for aquarium use?

That's a very hard-to-find item,a friend of mine lost about a dozen tanks of expensive fish trying to make sponge filters. Also when you find it,it won't be inexpensive. Try to find an upholstery supply company,but make them guarantee that it's not treated.

and i found another website that cells sponges that are natural... i couldnt find anything on sheets of them
