It is certainly a new way to get a loan, but it looks like the interest rates are pretty high. I have never used it, but it looks like it could take up to a week to get something funded (depending on your desired loan amount).

I have a $2000 LOC that covers my checking accounts automatically if I ever over-draw the account. There are no fees unless the balance is advanced. To date (about 8 years) have have borrowed into the LOC about 20 times for short-term cash (typically a week or less) and I have only paid about $15 in interest. My rate for the LOCs are 9-10% (shift based on prime rate+) and I usually pay it off within 3-5 days.
