They have advanced equipment that will give a good idea about when the rain may stop. They will not call a game unless there is a 95% certainty that the rain will not let up.
To find out if the game is cancelled - go to the team web page. They will post in many places if the game was called, and when it would be made up.

A lot can happen between now and 10pm. I'm sure the field is covered and protected. As of now the game is still going to be played.
They will give notice usually 2 hours prior.
