I would like to know what is a Substructure Parking? I'm applying for an apartment and im clueless?

Your apartment building is a structure, so substructure is something under the structure (in your case it's a parking under the building.)

Sub = Below
Structure = Structure

Substructure = Below the Structure (commonly called below or underground parking)

Underground, or under the structure. Its a below level parking structure.

It means they have a garage below the ground, underneath the building. This is good to know if you live near a river that floods. I wouldn't park there if a flood is coming! :)
