Just like some of your others answerers, I agree that the Angel of Death is an angel taking away all of your pain and suffering by sending you to a place with no pain and suffering, Heaven!!

Death is a release from pain and suffering for the person feeling pain and suffering.

Besides, someone has to do it. Wouldn't you prefer an angel over a demon?

Death may not be a pain a sufferable thing. And besides, Jehovah put everything in ballance. With life comes death, with sickness comes health, with smart people come stupid people. There isn't one without the other. If you guys can't accept death to be as natural as life, than there's something wrong with you, plain and simple. Now, i'm not going to lie to you. People perceive the angle of death to be an "evil" thing. But how evil can an angle be if it was created by Jehovah, and it ceases the pain of the sick and elderly. We can't think about ourselves here. Are you guys saying that there shouldn't be an angle of death so there's no pajin and suffering put on US? Come on and grow up. Think about the sick and the dying.

As a nurse I can tell you that death, to some (like those whose bodies have been ravaged by cancer) is an end to pain and suffering.
The peaceful look that comes across their face when it is all over is enough for me to know that the Angel of Death is indeed worthy of the title Angel.

Death should not bring pain and suffering. It should bring joy to know that that person is now in a better place and will spend eternity in Paradise.

Because there are good and bad angels, they are Satan's followers. Satan, as you should know, used to be an angel, in fact he was God's chief angel but he got to big for is britches and thought he could be bigger and better than God. So when he fell, he took some angels with him. He's still an angel (when we fall it doesn't take away who we are to God) and his followers are still angels too, but they are bad angels.
