pick ONE athlete please, or if you are absolutely split in your decision, no more than two.

And while we are at it, think of one athlete playing today that COULD become the greatest athlete of all time.

My guess is Micheal Jordan for now.

Kobe Bryant or Sidney Crosby could be sometime in the future

Dejon Sanders -- he was the man in football offense and defense and baseball. He hit a homerun and caught a touchdown in the same day. Michael Jordan was the best in basketball but although he tried he couldn't make it in baseball. Just a thought to challenge you with :o)

I think Labron James or Ladamian Tomlinson could be up there in the future

1. Jim Thorpe

2. Red Grange
3. Jesse Owens

Whoever picks Michael Jordan is a fool. It reveals that they've only been watching sports for the last 10 years. They have no idea what makes a real "athlete."

I suggest you look up Jim Thorpe in either Google or Wikipedia. You will realize what a real athlete he was.

You should learn about Red Grange and Jesse Owens. It's pretty pathetic to pick people like Kobe and Crosby just because you see them on your TV.

Dru...awesome answer! I agree with everything you said. I'm not a stripper, but I've occasionally thought that it would be interesting to try it out. Too bad I'm a little too old :( Although I do look young for my age. I'm a lot like you, in that I've never done any drugs, smoked, etc. and I know for a fact that nothing would ever change that. Just because someone chooses to be a stripper, does not automatically make them easy or unintelligent. Don't judge a book by its cover...people do it for all different kinds of reasons. If someone is willing to judge so quickly without getting to know a person just because of their vocation, then it's probably their loss.
