Get anything but a Dell. They are cheaply made and they have the worst customer service next to AOL.

BUY A MAC!!! although they are a lot more expensive, they run much better, and don't freeze often. Also, the major point is that they cannot get viruses. I have 2 macs, and have never gotten a virus, while once I had a PC, and it always got viruses- big mistake! MACMACMAC!

I love my Dell. Can't say about customer service because I've never had to use them. A computer repairman friend of mine says spending gobs of money on the expensive ones is a waste. He swears by HP.

I like Sony and Toshiba. Dell and HP are the same crap, but they are cheap crap.
