You have the wrong approach to your dreams. Dreams have their specific way of transmitting some message. Basically, your subconsciousness collects and processes data away from your consciousness, on the emotional level.
I'm not going to try to interpret, but the message could be something like:
You pretend you understand something that you in fact don't.
You interpret your own way some other thing than that someone is trying to say.
It all depends on your personal emotional issues; the solution to the dream message.
Check out: Carl Gustav Jung, "Man and His Symbols."
"A dream uninterpreted is like a letter unopened"

I cannot explain your ability at all, other than to suggest that maybe it something connected with wishful thinking!
I worked with a guy who spoke 13 languages fluently, and another colleague, his father learnt languages as a hobby and, I believe, spoke somewhere around the 20+ mark.
Some people seem to have a aptitude for languages, maybe your dream is 'a sign' to you!

When you're dreaming, how would you know if you're speaking the language properly if the language is unknown to you? Things that happen in dreams rarely make sense when translated into the time you're actually awake.

I have had similar dreams. But you are not actually speaking another language. Your "gibberish" in your dream is understandable to you because in your mind, you know what you are trying to express. I used to teach an ESOL class, and I woke up every morning convinced I had learned Spanish in my sleep-but of course I was just understanding it within my dreams because, after all, the people I spoke to in my dreams were made up in my head.

Last night in my dream I was talking with some girl and I ve said something like "Lars lusen hars presig". I was completely aware of its meaning back then, but now, of course, I don t have a clue. Considering it was just a dream, I don t expect a lot, but still: any ideas?

Probably it wasn't a dream at all. Maybe you were having a regression of a past life, and you toughed it was a dream!

if what occurred happens only when you're dreaming, I suggest you read Carl Jung's articles and essays on dreams.
but if it happens to you when you're awake and as if you're in trance, it is called 'glossolalia' or speaking in tongues. it is one of the seven gifts of the holy spirit.
