I wonder why those liberal Republicans are picking on Gonzales instead of investigating the Teapot Dome Scandal. Smells like hipocrisy to me.

Ronald Reagan issued the directive years ago that no Republican ever criticize another in public. So to suggest that it's the Dems who blindly support one another, is to reveal your ignorance and foolhardy stubborness.
It is in the best interest of our country that this unqualified bozo step down from his position as Attorney General.

They have finally realized that Republicans in Congress are shooting themselves in the foot if they continue to support Bush appointees when they've obviously done wrong. There is a fairly long list of people who continued to support Bush's agenda when the people had turned against them: look at the results of the 2006 elections in the 'loser' column.

No, they are trying to save a sinking ship. To go with more ship comparisons, R. Gonzalez is a boat-anchor that's hung them up on the rocks. Cut him loose so they don't break up and sink.

NO.... they are now sane.
they are willing to put their country before their loyalty to the decider. the fact that Bush stills supports Gonzalez just shows you how much he values loyalty over competence and justice!!!!!!!
