I just want to know how all of you that were thinking BSU was overrated feel now that they won the Fiesta Bowl. Feeling a little embarassed? A little humbled? I bet!

Boise State did not slap Oklahoma. A 1 point win is not a beat down. BSU outplayed Oklahoma for 2.5 quarters, and was able to pull out the win.
Oklahoma scored 25 consecutive in the third and fourth quarters, and almost overcame an 18 point deficit.
Had the game continued onto multiple overtimes, then Oklahoma would have prevailed. They were playing better than BSU was at that point, and had all the momentum going their way. BSU's two point conversion was a very well called act of desperation, though it should have been called at the end of regulation.
BSU proved themselves to be a very good team, and physically dominated the better athletes of Oklahoma for two and a half quarters. In a pure talent comparison, then BSU was horribly overated, as proven by their burnout and allowing Oklahoma back into the game. But, they had one of the best seasons in college football, although they played a horrible schedule. They proved that the little guys can play with the big guys, but don't look too deep into it. Their first stringers can beat the big guys, but they don't have the depth to withstand the riggors of a full BCS conference schedule.

Wow people hate BSU... Honestly Oklahoma never should have been there and secondly BSU should have killed UO and never let them come back into the game. I think that last years BSU team was a lot better than this years and this year they barely got wins against UH and other opponents. Overrated? Maybe but dont take the WAC lightly. Even if UO wasnt supposed to be there... they did represent the Big 12 and the best of the WAC beat (should killed) the best of the Big 12... does that just mean the Big 12 is overrated and sucks?

BSU barely beat a mediocre OU team and you think that people should be humbled. LA Tech, Fresno St, San Jose St etc. are hardly the upper echelon of college football. When Boise St plays a real schedule against real football teams for an entire season, then they have the right to gloat. The WAC is an acronym for Weak AS$ Conference.

Not at all they were still highly overrated last year. They schedule they played was a joke. They did not deserve to even be in the Top 20. They beat a so-so Oklahoma team with a trick play....still am not impressed, embarassed, or humbled by BSC.

not at all...OK was an OVER RATED 3 loss team going into that game...BSU DID NOT SLAP ANYONE!!! THEY BARELY WON ON A LAST SECOND TRICK PLAY!!

2) no one cares anymore.
3) BSU plays NOBODIES all year long...they are VERY over rated.

You can brag when bsu wins 7 national championships played in two back to back national championship games (yeah i know they lost but they still played) besides it has been four months, get a life and go back to peeling potatoes and being a nobody. because no one cares.

I loved it. I'm a Louisville fan, and we failed to get our shot at the NC. I'd love to see a playoff system but I'm not sure either BSU or Louisville could survive a playoff.

Oklahoma played as bad as they could play in the first half and still came back and took the lead. You had to use trick plays to beat them because you couldn't line up and face them toe to toe because you were to weak to stand up to a man's challenge. That's why no one respects you still and probably never will. After all, you show how bush league you are by playing on a blue field.
