When I was a kid, I always had a clump of hair in my mouth and I remember my 3rd grade teacher getting mad because every time I got nervous, I would stick a strand of hair in my mouth. Everyone griped and bitched about it. I remember my dad and mom telling me I would end up with a hair ball in my stomach and they would have to cut me open to get it out.
I didnt really like the habit, but it was comforting to stuff a strand of hair in my mouth.
I could not wait until I grew up because I thought their was something magical about growing up which would stop me from my habit.
I was wrong. I still do it and I am 42 yrs old. I think it is my comfort zone and it feels good to sit in the quiet with a strand of hair in my mouth. I dont get it, but its my bad habit and I am sticking to it. No hairball in there yet.

probably yahoo answers, and even though exercise is good for you I spend way too much time at the gym. But I like the social aspect of being at the gym. So I don't know if it is really a bad habit or not......hmmm? ;)

Well my bad habit is i always twist my legs like in gymnastics in public. It gets embarrassing.

Computer games.. .. its a reallllly bad habit . (more like addiction). Once I start, I just dont stop and nothing seems to matter anymore.

mine is shouting at people when actually they dont deserve it... i tend to just lose my nut at people whenever they just slightly annoy mr, and they dont even have to say or do anything particular! also, my personality and aggitation levels change daily! sometimes i could get really annoyed by one thing, and then the next day it'll make me laugh... maybe im just crazy
