Hey!

There are many people that use a site called, wikihow.com.
Type in the search topic, in your case 'knots', and you can find a step by step instructions on how to make a knot of your choice. I hope this helps.

While not in photos, the pictures are stills: http://knopen.ismijnhobby.nl/tables/macrame_text_table.html
Might be enough to refresh your memory.

A site with many knots: http://www.knotingwork.com/Pages/knots.html

A site with a bit of a difference for most people doing macrame, this one is more based on the traditions as used by sailors: http://www.frayedknotarts.com/tutor1.html

And there is even a yahoo group just on macrame: http://dir.groups.yahoo.com/dir/Hobbies___Crafts/Crafts/Macrame

(There is also one on all knots: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/knottyers/ you need to be a member before you can see part of the things posted here, so maybe this link may not be as usefull.)

And do not forget, your brain may have forgotten the knots, your hands may have not, as soon as you get the knots started again, your hands may do the knots right. So it is worth to try out a bit.
And if you need reading glasses, use big string for the first project, (or to teach yourself,) so you can see what you are doing.
