Start the draft?

Our troops are being re-deployed
to Iraq 2-3-4 times now...

MANY are either
injured or killed....

In order for the Republicans to
"WIN THEIR WAR"
will they push Bush to start a draft?

Or will the Republican continue
to cry...we need to win our Iraq war...

BUT I'M NOT FIGHTING....
EVEN IF BUSH TRIES TO FORCE ME
TO JOIN HIS MILITARY...

How come the Republican colleges
are so filled up with Chickenhawks?

I think he should start the draft and I feel that the first ones to be drafted should be the very ones who put him in office. It should not matter if they are married or not. The only thing that should matter is if they voted to put him in office. I think that everyone that speaks up about what a great President he is and that he was right should be the first to go..

Lets see what happens then to his supporters. I would bet that his popularity would drop even further.

To playball: yes we believed that there were WMD because BUSH told us their were and we believed him. We never dreamed that he was lying to us.

How many times has America been attacked since we took the fight over there? How powerful do you think the terrorist organizations would become if we left Iraq in it's current state?

I hate it when good people die too but this is war and people like you who don't have the stomach for it will prevent us from ever winning a war again.

I have a feeling that if Clinton had been in office you would feel differently about the war. You let your hatred for Bush blind you to common sense.

Most of your guys voted for this war too and most of your guys believed that Saddam had WMD's as well as did every major intelligence agency in the world. Why else wouldn't he have let the inspectors in? And you call Republicans chickenhawks? You are the ones who want to cut and run.

I think it's reached that point where we must either get out of Iraq or start the draft again.
Bush has been trying to win with minimal conviction. It's just not going to work.
The question today should be if we want a major commitment in Iraq. If the answer is no, we need to bring the troops home.

They are like armchair quarterbacks on a Monday night - real good at screaming about what to do while sitting on their @sses.

I still say that they need to round up all of the illegal immigrants and send them to fight. If they want to live in the US and enjoy its freedoms, they should fight for them too. Any of them that make it back alive get an automatic green card.

It seems that he only people who are continually going on and on, ad nauseum, about a draft are the cut & run liberal losers who can't hold their water when faced by an enemy who wants Americans dead. We don't need a draft because we don't need any loser liberals in the armed forces. They just don't work out in positions that require courage and integrity.

Last i heard, it was a democrat wanting the draft to be reinstated.
Its not the republicans war, its all Americans. We cant stop in the middle of what WE started. That would cause more harm than good.
