HE HAS A COURT ORDER TO SPEAK WITH HIS DAUGHTER AT DESIGNATED TIMES THEY ARE IN VIOLATION OF THAT ORDER. WHY ELSE WOULD THE RECORDED MESSAGE BE LEAKED OUT.
