HI. I ovulated on CD 17 or 18 this month, which is also the same day as the month. April 17/18. Today I took my temp and it was way low and I thought maybe I screwed it up overnight, but.. Could it be possible to have an implantion dip for my temp this early??

I agree with Jill - its too early for implantation unless you've got a supersonic egg!!! but the odd high/low temp can be ignored. Try not to worry about it too much - look more for a general overall pattern - half close your eyes and look at your chart to see it clearer.

I understand your feelings though, I'm afraid you'll just have to wait until a few more days to see your pattern emerge. I'm exactly same as you - OV CD 17/18, same as day of month 17/18 April funnily enough!!!! My thermometer battery has just gone down OH NO!! Hope it works tomorrow morning!!!!!!!! LOL or I'll have to wait for another day to see if I've got my thermal shift.

Have a look at some of the charts on Fertility Friend or Ovusoft - you'll see that many have a low temp 3 days after O and then it rises.

No, way too soon for that, implantation happens 6-12 days past ovulation with about 10 being average. When I get an unexpected low temp it is usually because of a stuffy nose and I slept with my mouth open. Just wait and see what tomorrow's temp is. If tomorrow's is back to normal post-O temps then just use the rule of thumb for today's temp. Good luck and baby dust!!

Yes it is possible that is what you are experiencing. It will still be about a week before you would get a positive result on a hpt. The waiting is the worst!! Some women experience their temp going higher than just after ovulation when they are pregnant. Good luck.

2-4 days after implantation is together as the hcg kicks into intense and starts producing greater. If by way of 21 dpo no AF, take yet yet another attempt and if unfavourable in spite of the undeniable fact that decision your nicely being care expert for advice on what to do next.

Well anything is possible, but from what I've read, implantation usually takes place 6-12 days past ovulation, but good luck to you...
