Jane Seymour (1507/1508 – 24 October 1537) was the third wife of Henry VIII. She died of post-natal complications following the birth of her only son, Edward VI. She was also King Henry VIII's sixth cousin twice removed. Her exact birth date is debated; it was noted that 29 female attendants walked in succession at her funeral which was the customary way to mark every year of her life in numbers.

She was lady in waiting to both Catherine of Aragon and Anne Boleyn, she caught the kings eye which may have motivated the false accusations of adultery and witchcraft against Anne. He married Jane on 30 May 1536, 11 days after Anne's execution. She was publicly declared queen but never crowned.

She was a strict and formal queen. She did give birth to a male heir. She died of puerperal fever on 24 October 1537 and was buried at Windsor Castle. When Henry died in 1547 he was buried beside her.

Sorry, but that is open for debate - record keeping was very poor back then

This is from Wikipedia

Jane Seymour was the daughter of Sir John Seymour of Wiltshire and Margaret Wentworth. Her exact birth date is debated; it is usually given as 1509. However, in The Six Wives of Henry VIII, Alison Weir noted that at her funeral 29 women walked in succession. Since it was customary for the attendant company to mark every year of the deceased's life in numbers, Weir moved Jane's birth back by about eighteen months.
