It does make sense that he would - US Weekly said that a source saw him phoning in gossip to Perez Hilton (who first reported the rumor). Plus it's obvious that in their interview with US Weekly, he and Heidi are hinting that there is a sex tape that exists even though they're trying to sound so nice and supportive. Personally I think if there was a sex tape it would definitely have been leaked by now.

Spencer is using whatever he can to stay in what he thinks is the spotlight. At any risk, at any negative or positive light, he's willing to put anything out "there" just to be seen.
I so wish that we would read about him disappearing for good. Who cares about spencer or heidi for that matter. They just leech onto any kind of media blitz they can to stay seen. He's even making her get breast implants and a nose job. He's going to ride heidi because he thinks she'll keep him "hollywoodized". He's such a loser and an immoral slob; he & brody both. They just try to latch on to whom or whatever they feel is going to keep them in the spotlight. I wish they were not around. Who cares if there is a tape...i mean how gross; yucko.
They're losers and all "dirtied" up. What woman in her right mind would want that trash? Yucko.

I think he did. He is always out to hurt Lauren and to screw up her life. He also wants to get his name out there, so what better way than to spread that rumor!

i dont think of they did... or probable spencer did it with out heidi understanding.. yet i in my view dont think of that the two of them did it... and that i dont think of brody did it the two....
