I worked for a pizza parlor in the early part of 2006, I have called this company countless times to get ahold of the owner so I can get my W2 forms, but it seems like they are playing the he says/she says game, the messsage never gets relayed, and I am unable to file until I get my forms from them. Is there any laws or legal rights I have to press charges against this business?

Employers are required to have W-2's mailed out by the 31st of January...or possibly the following monday if say the 31st is on a Sunday. Call the IRS and report them and also contact your state's department of revenue...the money should have been reported to them...and they won't be happy...in the mean time you should file for an extension and let them know whats going on.

Legally a business that has employees must provide the employee with a W2 from by a certain date.
