LOL.......it makes me laugh how everyone has the same thing to say!!!! But some times people are just a little off, mentally or just weird. And sometimes the people that are really doing drugs are never pointed out. Like the perfect soccer mom who does it all. NO bloodshot eyes, just Pippy and happy. NOT!!! The social worker from social services, would you even think it possible??? I had a friend that was accused of doing drugs, when the entire time she really had a mental disorder. Well the disorder and constant accusations brought her to the front of a train. So you never know whats wrong with anyone, i think that I would still have my friend and her parents would have their only daughter if they just would of taken her in for a drug test or privately given her one to take at home to see if their accusations were right or wrong.

Normally you can tell if someone's high by redeyes, if they seem dazed all the time, or just overall act differently. I have no idea about coke, as I could never tell when my asshole ex was messed up (why I left, among other things). They can be ALOT more mellow, or act up, depending on the drug. Seardch the internet for some tell-tale signs. Also if you see big amnts of money dissappearing with no reason why, that may be a clue. Mainly, just keep your eyes open. Good luck. I hope things work out fo rhte better with you.

I know this from experience from a loved one. Any behavior that is strange. Like my husband(we are seperated) he was a great guy until he used. All of the sudden he changed. we would be watching tv and then all of the sudden he would get in a bad mood and start acting like a kid. He would throw things and cuss and then he would leave ans stay gone for days. Then he would come back and say he was so sorry but sooner or later he would do it again. It is a cycle you need to start noticing. If its harder drugs then they are not as hungry as usual. They do not need as much sleep as usual. And they have frequent mood swings. and attitude problems. I tried to help him but you can not help them unless they want to be helped. sometimes a user is also very possesive and lies alot. They also might accuse someone else alot.

Is there a difference in thier demeanor, or a change in thier habits?
Have they lost interest in something that used to be important to them?
Do they smell funny? (Marijuana, as well as many other drugs have strange odors.)
Do they keep strange hours? (Most of the "drug" community operates at extremely odd hours)
Most importantly follow your gut. If something seems odd with the person most likely something is up, just ask them. If the get extremely defensive, investigate further. Try to engage them in conversation or activity, just to get a better feel for what is going on in thier life.
Good luck.

Blood shot eyes and goes right to refrig and then bed. Has to be out every night, always borrowing money, not keeping up appearances bathing clothes, not paying attention to what they used to do, like car washing/waxing detailing. Change of friends that are users too and grubbier/no ambition. Finally go thru their clothes when they pass out, you will find a pipe. Some kids will take that walgreen test for 18$ where you watch them pee into a cup in the box and then send it in. I personally found out my son was a long-time user of MJ. And then theres Meth--That is apparent cause these users are constant trouble and constant high-big pains!

Just ask, so are you "cool". If they are like, "what do you mean?" Just say, "I just got the dankest of the dank, do you wanna try it?" If they have no idea what your talking about, your loved one is probably not using drugs. If they get real excited that may tell you something.

from experience....
weed - red eyes, 'cant be bothered to do anything' attitude, smelly clothes, sometimes paranoid.
Pills/cocaine - Wide eyes, chatty. Then can get angry. Pulling faces (pills)
To be honest if you can tell that hes not 'quite there' in the brain and is acting weird, and money is going out but you cant see why and that hes 'unable' in the bedroom that chances are high.
ALSO, CHECK WHO HE HANGS ROUND WITH. IF THEY HAVE A REPUTATION FOR IT, ITS LIKELY HE WILL BE IN IT TO.

If they are pot smokers, for example, they may smell really bad, they may be acting stupid or just sit in front of the TV for hours on end. Some drugs give you really terrible acne.
Check this site out:

This may help too:

And there are some "Dr. Phil" episodes where people are on drugs, and it really reveals everything...well. I dunno why you need to know, but live above the influence!
