People are simply upset at the unexpected ouster of Indian team from the world cup. They believe that the excessive advertisement by the players are one of the causes for the dismal performace as they were busy in rehearsing and shooting for advertisements rather than practising the game.

I heard some people saying in the television that they won't buy the products advertised by players in order to teach them a lesson. How do you react to this? Do you buy the items advertised by them

We are hearing the same stories every now and then but believe it or not it will not happen. Let team India win a game or two in Bangladesh and every thing will be forgotten. We the people of sub-continent are very quick to forget the bitter memories and we loved to be made fools. They will make us fools again with performances against some weaker teams and we will start saying " that was just hard luck in the WC otherwise Indian team is the best in the world".

I do not think that anbody will buy a product just because any cricketer has advertised for it unless the product is good. If any product is good, people will defenitely buy irrespective of the fact whether it has been advertised by a cricketer or not.
