95 Dakota Electrical problems- starter, AC clutch, Radiator fan.?

Question

I have a 95 2.5 4 cylinder, 5 speed manual transmission Dakota truck. The truck runs if you push start it but the starter, AC clutch and radiator fan do not work. The starter and selenoid and good and I went through all the fuses under the dash and in the box under the hood.

Do you have any thoughts on the problem?

Ignition switch.
Or relays under the hood. (if someone washed it, they got wet)
