Girls seem so much hotter and sexier in the Northeastern part of the US than in other parts of the country, I realize this isn't always the case and I am generalizing but this seems to be

Because they're smart. I moved from ny to florida recently...the girls down here are DUMB dude. I mean dumb as a box of rocks. Any word over 3 syllables gets a blank stare.
I guess if you want mindless *** dumpsters you can move south or west. But for a good conversation over coffee followed by great sex, no girl beats a new englander.

That's where most of the people and targets are located. The south has a lower population density, and less targets of international significance that can be easily infiltrated. The midwest is very rural, and the wwestern US is far to large to maintain an effective terrorist presence, as well as having space as a defensive depth around those targets. Why do people rob banks? Because that's where the money is. Why do terrorists attack the northeast? that's where the people and targets are.

Probably depends on the particular area and where you've personally been...
I've been to almost every state and so far the highest population of really hot girls seems to be in southern California. It might be due to the very high standards and expectations down there, or it could be that most actresses, models and those looking to make it big with their looks (by acting, modeling, etc.) live down there, and their families typically grow up there...
Naturally I moved to San Diego, and now when I travel I'm surprised by how less attractive other areas are - maybe it's the perception thing of my standards being raised...

I'm a northeasterner, and I disagree - NOT that our women aren't hot, but many/most areas of the nation and world have hot women, too.
personality-wise, there are pros and cons: intelligent but overly materialistic.

it probably because they have more money in that part of the country - to buy the clothes - go to gyms - buy plastic surgery etc - the wealth of the us is concentrated in the eastern seaboard states especially the northern ones
