Note that sin(x) = y , arcsin(y) = x
so you have arcsin(sin(x)) = arcsin(y)=x
so your answer is
3pi/2

Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't the arcsin and sin cancel out? Therfore your answer is 3pi/2.

I think poster above had it confused for cos(sin instead of arcsin (sin)

hi

First
3 pi /2 + 2 k' pi
= (4k' + 3) pi /2
= (4k + 1) pi/2

Second
(pi - 3 pi /2) + 2 k pi
= (4k - 1) pi/2

then
solution: = (4k +/- 1) pi/2
