I think the Earth has trends. Global warming...the media and the democrats are making a big deal out of it, but the average temperature is only up 0.8 degrees F since the industrial revolution (I heard John Kerry say that). So, when older people say "It didn't get this hot when I was young". That is a lie. They just don't remember it.

I think we should do what we can to keep our Earth healthy, but this whole Global Warming thing is just a scam to raise money. That's all it is. They say they are worried about the polar bears and the penguins dying because they don't have any ice to rest on...it's all melting. But, things change, and animals adapt. The world would be a mess if every species that was ever on the earth would still be here. It's all God's plan. We need to quit worrying about it, and PLEASE...find better things to give your money to.

It is happening. America is now the only country that denies that global climate change is happening. People have started calling it global climate change because global warming sounds too friendly.

People who like to use the excuse that the earths temperature is always changing haven't seen the charts. It has gone up and down, but this is the highest that it has ever been, EVER. There has also never been this much carbon dioxide in the air. There is a direct correlation between the amount of carbon dioxide in the air and the temperature. But people who believe in the bible believe that the world has only been around for 6,000 years, and will deny any suficient proof that it has been around for longer, such as measures of carbon in glaciers.

But we are already too late to reverse it, and I can only hope that we find a kinder to the atmosphere source of energy. And before we run out of oil.

Yes. I also believe in global cooling and it has VERY little to do with human activity. It is a natural cycle. The earth has been through a number of warming and cooling periods over the 4 billion? years of its existence.
Did you read that Mars is getting warmer too? Must be all those damned Martians drivin' Hummers. LOL

I think that it was orginally part of the earth's changing cycles, but I think that man has made it worse. Many other planets are heating up as well, and there is such a thing as global cooling. I think that our planet won't die from it, merely change.

Yes. What we do, or don't do makes a huge impact on the environment. The earth is changing - due to our utter lack of concern. It's a proven fact that what the human race does has a huge impact on our planet.
