Could someone send me a link with the list/ranks of the best high schools in each county? I'd like to move to NAPA, but I'm not sure if HS is ok.

Oooh, OK, I've been reading about this. There are 4 big ones. Napa High, Vintage, Justin-Sienna, and Tech. They're all good. However, the big issue right now is the exit exams when you're a senior. You can have totally passing grades in all your classes, but if you can't pass the state exit exam, then you still get a diploma, but don't get to be in commencement ceremonies. It's a big deal to all those high schools, because the school wants a high exit exam rating with the state. Tech has the highest rating last I read. And Vintage wants to cut an elective and put in a mandatory early morning geography class. There's a big ruckus because arts and music classes won't be as accessible to take, and the students and parents are up in arms. They want a well-rounded education, but the school just wants their exit exam scores to go up. It's weird.

Napa High is still great with the arts though and has a good rating. In fact, they just put on The Music Man with the help of community members in the cast, and they're doing Cats pretty soon now.

Justin-Sienna is OK, but they seem to have more teen problems there.

Hope this helps, I live in Napa. You could also check out www.napavalleyregister.com for some more info besides me. :)
